Opening today’s trading day, Jakarta Composite Index increased 2.71 points, or 0.07%, to 4012,39.
The index moved within the range of 4003.04-4014.03. Yesterday, index closed at 4009.67.

Telekomunikasi Indonesia led today's gain with +4.59 points to IDR8450,
followed by XL Axiata with +1.94 points to IDR6200, Gudang Garam with
+1.42 to IDR59850 and Bank Mandiri with +1.31 to IDR7000.
Perusahaan Gas Negara hold from further growth with -1.38 points to
IDR3675, followed by United Tractors with -0.85 point to IDR22450, Bumi
Serpong with -0.60 to IDR1110 and Bank Danamon with -0.51 to IDR6050.
Four sectoral indices gave positive contribution motored by consumer
goods with 127.75%, infrastructure, utility and transportation with
+111.19% and agricultural with +19.66%.
In line with JCI, Bisnis-27 increased +1.08 points or 0.32% to 338.52
from yesterday’s closing level at 337.44. The index moved within the
range of 336.59-338.95.
For regional sectors, Japan’ Nikkei 225 -0.37% to 8825.19,Hong Kong’
Hang Seng -1.18% to 1966.79, Taiwan’ Taiex +0.10% to 7258.68, South
Korea’ Kospi -0.16% to 1826.87, Australia’ S&P/ASX 200 +0.05% to
4099.90,Singapore’ FTSE Straits Times -0.10% to 2961.57 and MSCI Asia
-0.34% to 766.50.
Meanwhile Indonesia’ rupiah noted at 9458, decreased -25 points or
-0.27% against US dollar from yesterday closing at 9433. The currency
